Furnado Animal Shelter; Thursday [06/27].
Sidon had decided, even if it meant risking having kittens trying to eat his face in the middle of the night, that he would turn his double-duty shifts at the animal shelter into a sort of overnight adventure. He figured it just made sense, if he was here today and had to be back tomorrow, to just make sort of a sleepover out of it, even if he would be far more comfortable back in his own tank and the tanks here were hardly big enough to accomodate him. He figured he could always use a bit more experience with non-water sleeping, though he could probably sleep in a bed for a whole year straight and still never quite get used to it.
"I hope you all have plenty of stories on hand," he warned the animals as he went about his usual taks when getting in, "or that you're ready to hear mine because you're stuck with me for quite a bit longer than usual!"
None of them seemed to mind. The kittens, in fact, were particularly intrigued for the opportunities this may afford them.
And once he finished with the usual tasks, Sidon went ahead and went somewhere he didn't really spend a whole lot of time, which was the puppy pen. He rather enjoyed the dogs, especially their enthusiasm, but he wasn't exactly prone to cuddling with them as some others might be. But Prompto had spefiically requested extra cuddle time with the puppies in his absense, and far be it from Sidon to ignore that. He wouldn't have asked if it wasn't important.
"Ppffthh, fffttt," said Sidon, for about the fiftieth time since this whole thing started. "My, but you all do have a lot of fur, don't you?"
