Furnado Animal Shelter; Friday [06/28].
Good news! Sidon's little sleepover at the animal shelter since he was pulling double-duty had gone incredibly well, and the kittens had actually not executed a determined attack to eat him while he was sleeping!
He woke up to discover, however, that they had instead waged a different sort of attack.
The kind that left him, in a slumped position with his shoulders against a fishtank, awkwardly covered in sleeping cats.
A night out of the water was always guaranteed to be a bit uncomfortable but now it had the added bonus of wondering just how those cats managed to perch themselves on his chest and shoulders and lap and...yes, there was definitely one curled up on top of the ridge of his forehead fin and one that was awake and on the floor and idly making a game out of batting his headtail.
...and he couldn't just disturb them, either! They were all sleeping so peacefully! So soundly! Apparently, so comfortably, too, although that seemed to defy all logic and definition of the word.
So...should anyone need Sidon that day, they would find him, over by the fishtanks, covered in slumbering kittens, not wanting to wake them because he'd feel just so awful for having disturbed their naps.
Furndado is open!
