Peter was mostly here, admittedly, in case anybody showed up and needed help with...whatever was going on out there. He'd changed to a bird form and flown over everything himself, just to make sure he arrived.

He did, however, have the requisite popcorn, chips, and sodas set out, and an appropriate movie queued up.

"Today's a holiday in the...usually local country," he noted. "This movie is a story about the founding of it. And if anybody needs a partner on the way home, let me know."

"Can't things ever be normal here?" Seivarden complained, despite having been spared from most of the weirdness so far because the player has failed to be mean to her .

She sighed.

"Have you seen Amaya by the way? She said she'd try and get here early."

"Not in a while," Peter said. "Though given how hard it can be to get anywhere this week, I'm not surprised. Maybe she'll turn up later."

"Hopefully," Seivarden said, looking more nervous than she would like to. Then she made an effort, and smiled. "And hopefully this movie will be fun, even if I don't expect much from Earth movies anymore."

As if she ever head. She glanced at Peter. "But I keep an open mind and come here."

That was more about company and being bored than any open mind.

"That's what this night's pretty much about," Peter said, smiling. "I haven't seen this one before, either, but apparently it's a musical? If you don't like it, you can always throw the popcorn. Or hang out in another room until it's time to go home."
