Atton had left the island on Sunday night, largely to dispel a sense of lingering guilt that he'd ditched his squad too quickly while they were probably still in mourning. Look, there had been a bar crawl, and things had gotten out of hand, and he'd been the designated pilot, and then there'd been debriefs, and...
So he rolled into Caritas in the afternoon, slapped on the Fandom radio podcast feed, and proceeded to just stare at the kriffing wall.
"This island is on so many drugs."
Caritas was open.
