It was a very steady, productive, accomplished sort of day at Turtle & Canary that Monday...
...save for the one moment of existential crisis that Summer had in a moment where she, using a checklist to make sure that she put in orders for everything that might be needed with an influx of new students and hopefully new teachers with the start of a new school session, came to the horrifying realization that she's somehow become...a person who used checklists.
"Ohmygod."
What kind of monster had she become?
...the sort of monster who asked themselves that question and then, five seconds later, went right back to marking things off her checklist, because she might be staring down at a potential future of checklists, but, hey, all that extra glitter and much needed coffee wasn't going to just order itself!
Actually, no, it definitely would, because Fandom, but that wasn't the point.
