Summer felt a little...cautious going into the store that day, having the odd feeling like it was going to have one of its days, but, whatever zaniness might have been planned seemed to have been forgotten about since it was conceived and flitted away, maybe to return another day, maybe lost to the ether of a disordered mind. But whatever it was, Summer was glad to see things were relatively normal, which was good, because she had a lot of work to do that day, and she was going to get right to it.

It was mostly the usual ordering, sure, but there was also some rearraging to do and some new signs to put up and hopefully, eventually, by the end of the day, some new employee paperwork to fill out.

You know, all stuff her boss should probably be doing, but...haha. Hahaha. Ha ha ha ha ha.

She was so new, Summer, that she was still religiously following the map that Karolina had given her to navigate about the place. So new. But being so new was somehow a little exhilarating too, though that was possibly just all the stairs. Stairs for days.

As she slipped into Turtle & Canary, Elli felt a little, dare she say it, triumphant for having found the place.

Though, as she looked up from her map, that immediately fell away to be replaced with overwhelmed. The general store back home did not have nearly the same selection...

"Oh my," she said, a little faintly.

Yeah, between the wide-eyed, bushy-tailed expression, the map in hand, the unfamiliar face, and the faint little words, Summer didn't even need the scent of fresh meat to help her out with this one.

"Hi, there!" Summer greeted her brightly, but, like, not TOO brightly. "Welcome to Turtle & Canary! Can I help you find something?"

Oh thank goodness! Elli turned to the woman with a look of relief.

"I have a list?" she said tentatively. "I just... there's so many things!"

Did people really need all of this?!

Alluka was on a Hunt!

For Aphra's lunch but that was still a Hunt, if looked at sideways and giggled about a bit, so Alluka bounced on in to beeline over to consider the milk options.

Huh. Hm.

She didn't see bantha milk anywhere...

It was always a little amusing when someone made a beeline for something, only to then come to a mental screeching halt. Summer eventually made her way over.

"Trying to find something in particular?" she ventured.
