The Devil's Nest, Friday Night
Someone had sent Lucifer a copy of Hot Tub High School this morning.
He had his suspicions about who it was. Who was mocking him and trying to manipulate him, yet again. Oh yes. He had his suspicions.
Well, he wasn't going to give Dear Old Dad the satisfaction of making a big deal about it, so...
A charming indie electronica band was on the stage. The club had a reasonable population of mainland visitors. And Lucifer was sweeping through the club, entertaining and hosting his damned head off.
(He was totally going to crack and watch that DVD tonight.)

Okay, not half. More like a quarter. Er, a tenth, at a generous guess, but still!
"I'd offer to buy you a drink," she said, with a faint sheepish apology in her smile, "but I can't buy alcohol here. I do," she lifted up a diamond-encrusted bottle, "have birthday tequila, though."

"You know that idea you had was terrible, don't you?"

"What does Amaya have to do with any of this?"
no subject
"Come on, Seivarden," she said, hand out to take the bottle back, "I'm still drinking that, and there are things called glasses? Aren't you supposed to be civilized? And Amaya has nothing to do with this, way to focus on the least important detail.
"Anyway," she finally came around to it, "I wanted to say I'm sorry."

"I think I ought to try something different this time," he announced, eyeing the wall of alcohol behind the Tiny at the bar. "Ouzo sounds interesting."

Flirting was a language he spoke fluently.
... As he did all human languages, but still.

There were more pretty people. Also, he was gonna nail Silver at some point. That shy, shy boy.

Seivarden couldn't believe she was saying that.

And, shots poured, she handed one out for Lucifer.

"Okay," she said, "a few questions first. Is sharing allowed? Because I definitely owe Seivarden a drink and there's that tiiiiiny problem where I can't actually buy her one. Also, are there any limits on what this drink is? And lastly, will there be someone to help me home, because this is not a small bottle and I need to really get the most out of what drinks I can get around here."
no subject
"Yes, no, and yes."
no subject
"Follow up question: will that person be Tiny?"
