Parents Weekend Meet & Greet, Friday Afternoon
It was a perfectly lovely, crisp, autumn afternoon in Fandom. The birds were chirping, the leaves were falling in a photogenic way, and the woodchucks and been herded well away from the park because chucking wood at visitors would be...not ideal.
The town was bright, cheerful, and clean thanks to the efforts of Wednesday's assembly, and the glitter was almost in manageable amounts (meaning it hadn't gotten into themoddable snacks yet, but it couldn't last forever)!
The glittery banner hung over the entrance to the park, drawing in all newcomers:

His eyes flicked to her again. "Perhaps you should accompany him sometime," he suggested. "Just to see what it's like. It might be good for you to have an idea of the layout of the city." His lips twitched. "Such as anyone can have, I suppose."
