Shunsui had been very diligently making up for all the lost naps that inevitably came with a visit from Nanao-chan, which meant that, by Wednesday, he was finally ready to get around to the stack of papers she left that were titled, in a neat little script, Suggestions for the Improvement of the Business.
(There were two similar stacks in his apartment, one titled Suggestions for the Improvement of the Apartment and Suggestions for the Improvement of Remotely Handling the Eighth Division, the latter of which had been refreshingly short, consisiting of just one word: DON'T!)
Of course, Shunsui figured the best way to start implimenting Nanao-chan's suggestions was not to actually read them himself, but rather to simply put a sticky-note on it that read For Summer-chan, cover it with hearts, and go leave it in the office for her.
Sure, it was written in Japanese, but Summer-chan was a smart girl, she'd probably figure it out.
And then, whistling a little with satisfaction of a job well done and well-executed plan, Shunsui returned to the counter and settled back in behind it to enjoy another nap.
