Once she made it in for her shift, Astrid found sign instructions from Summer that she was more than happy to get started on, meaning that within an hour, there was a beautifully decorated board for the front window that she'd put significantly more effort and talent into that her current actual plans for a Halloween costume involved. Amid skeletons and gravestones, jack-o-lanterns and black cats, wispy ghosts and spider webs was carefully cryptic letters announcing:

Astrid had to admit, she was pretty glad this landed on her shift because this really did have a lot of potential for some interesting ideas, and maybe it might even inspire her for something a little more creative than what she was currently sitting on. Or at the very least some good ideas for some new drawings.
