The Perk, Saturday Morning
So, it was A Weekend. That was just peachy.
And all Danny needed right now was some coffee and to not have have Steve see him and take pictures of all his equine glory. Hence the escaping the apartment in order to accomplish both things.
"I hate this place," he grumbled as one of the baristas somehow poured the coffee without using their hooves.

Coffee. Clearly what he needed right now was caffeine.
"Well," he grumbled upon stepping in (push and pull doors were a lot easier to manage with hooves and a horn than boat hatches). "At least I'm not alone in this."

At least his mane and tail were pretty nice.

Because skipping over people who weren't Danny never did.

"He had to let me off my boat."
He was looking for pretty much anything to make any of this better, honestly.

And since one of those ponies happened to be her mom, Kitty had made sure Lexi was safely strapped on to her back to take her on a trot/very, very low flight around the island, stopping in at the Perk because these days called for caffeine.
"Okay but how do I drink this."

And once she'd ordered and was waiting, she said, casually, "So how's it going?"
