So even though that was definitely not what a Black Friday sale was, it turns out that the store decided to give its own take on the whole event and put anything that was black on sale 50% off that day. Which meant that Astrid herself would be spending some time considering some of the shirts and things in the clothing aisle with a critical eye toward that whole goth aesthetic she occasionally dipped her toe into these days.

And she'd definitely be picking up a lot of black paint, but that probably went without saying.
