It was quiet in the store that day.
Like, really quiet, to the point where Summer almost felt a little suspicious about it, but, overall, she decided that these days were rare and she really needed to embrace them when they came to her. Everything was so chill that she even managed to sweep through her inventory and orders for the day relatively quickly, which meant a good portion of her way was spent at the counter, dicking around on her phone and falling down various internet rabbit holes while Apu swept the store for probably the third time since she got there.
Eventually, she found herself searching for various different bows online and considering how she said she was going to take up archery that one time. Maybe she could find a really cute pink one? Or maybe that was a little too on brand? Did Amaya make bows? Were there bows that could, like, shoot mini-axes instead of arrows?
This. This was why it was usually better when things weren't so quiet in the store, really...
