Apu was claiming that the special sale he had Astrid make a sign for was because of International Tea Day, but Astrid suspected it had more to do with them having received much more of a product than Summer had originally ordered.
Not that Astrid really minded, herself, especially since she was going to take advantage of the overstock and make herself a nice cup while working on some new sketches at the counter between customers.
