After yesterday's oddities, Hannibal was glad to wake up this morning as himself and stay himself. He discovered when he opened his practice, though, that the sparkly flamingos on the lawn between his house and office had apparently been rather upset by yesterday. Or perhaps they were just milking it.

He hoped his patients didn't mind flamingos wandering in and out, but if he closed the door, they knocked on it incessantly.

Maybe he should start keeping shrimp in here along with his coffee, tea, and wine.
