Annie had meant to do this last week wandered into the bar on Monday to find Tiny behind the bar and a faint scent of cement dust in the air.
"You guys really didn't hire another bartender to replace me?" she asked, while Tiny gave her what Annie was interpreting as a look that meant he was glad to see she'd returned!
In any case, she wasn't heading back to New York until tomorrow, so she easily slipped behind the bar and started poking around for the blender. "What do you think -- mai tais?"
At least they were actually seasonally appropriate now!
