The more Shunsui was coming to learn about the current situation on the island, the less he felt he wanted to deal with it, but at least, so far, it had seemed avoidable enough that he didn't feel that taking a trip back to the Soul Society, where doubtless mountains of paperwork awaited him, seemed necessary. In fact, he was pretty sure he'd landed on a pretty good solution that might help a lot of people, which was why there was a new sign in the window full of his unsolicited (but he felt very crucial) advice:

And when Apu-san expressed his extreme skepticism about this solution, Shunsui just gave him a cool look, shrugged, and sipped more of his sake. "I'm still here, aren't I?" he asked. "And I can assure you, no one on this island naps half as much as I do ♥."

Apu-san countered this by pointing out that he was still there, too, and he never slept at all.

"...then, clearly," said Shunsui, after a long, looooong moment of just staring at Apu and wondering how anyone could think that was a winning point in an argument, "we are at an impasse. Now, if you'll excuse me...." He shifted a little to get more comfortable slouched on the counter, pulling down his hat to cover his eyes, "I have some hole-prevention to take care of ♥."
