The Trash King's compound, the preserve, Thursday
"Protective custody" had turned out to be a good plan for CK yesterday. It meant that the Trash King didn't know yet that one of his minions had spilled the beans, and was carrying on with business as usual.
What was "business as usual?" Well, Fandom, you'd have to infiltrate the giant, vaguely dumpster-shaped trashpile out on the preserve to find out. . . .
[open! The sign up for infiltration was just a headcount, so feel free to send someone in even if they weren't prearranged!]

The perimeter
Re: The perimeter
That was how she had ended up away from the dorms, she had managed to avoid any holes on her way over but she cautiously approached the perimeter of the compound, keeping a look out for any threats as she did.
Re: The perimeter
Anyway. She just happened to be out on the preserve, as she was prone to be, and saw this weird trash thing.
"Are you hunting raccoons?" she asked, voice low.
Re: The perimeter
Still probably wasn’t a valid reason to be away from the dorms but so far she hadn’t gotten in trouble. Yet.

Re: The perimeter
She'd heard of weirder things.
"So what's the plan?"
Re: The perimeter
Alara needed to work on her planning skills.
Re: The perimeter
She wasn’t even being sarcastic! She also just generally wasn’t much of a planner though, so her bar was real low.
“Want me to hint the raccoons for you?”
Re: The perimeter
Re: The perimeter
"No problem. I find trying to eat things distracts them real well."
And she darted out at the compound, growling wildly, and leaped up at the first raccoon claws first.
Re: The perimeter
Plus, she also had a bunch of explosives, so those should come in handy!
...she was pretty sure she would make them come in handy.
[[ also probably mega sp. Life has been....a challenge this month....]]
Re: The perimeter
Malia was
prowlingpatrollingprowling around the perimeter after Alara went in, and spotted another non-raccoon keeping an eye on things. She headed over, naturally silent even in the woods, until she was standing right up next to Rosa."Popular spot today."
Re: The perimeter
She did, however, definitely give her a little side-eye.
"Hopefully not too popular," she murmured, turning her attention back to the compound and where she was in plotting a potential approach to get in and look around a little more. "Don't need anyone being stupid messing it up."
Re: The perimeter
Re: The perimeter
"How long ago?"
Re: The perimeter
Re: The perimeter
Honestly, he was more used to just barging in, but recon never hurt.
Re: The perimeter
But then she did follow it up with a "I think I've got a good sense of the place, best break-in point is probably around the back there," she nodded, less vague than the narrative itself, "so we'll see what the inside looks like, maybe leave a few presents."
She cocked her head toward the bag of explosives from McGarrett next to her.
And if he said anything about it looking like she might actually be enjoying herself right now, well...she had a bag full of explosives and she knew where you lived, Tightpants.
Re: The perimeter
Re: The perimeter
But there were more important things at hand.
"Who said you couldn't hang a raccoon from the ceiling?" Rosa asked, her deep frown making it very clear that, whoever it was, they were wrong.
Re: The perimeter
Re: The perimeter
"That explains it," Rosa's lip curled a little. "Cops suck."
She could say that now that she wasn't one!
"I'll tell you what," she offered. "If you run into any raccoons on this run and you don't string them up from something? We're breaking up."
This was a very empty threat, of course, although she might have to reevaluate some things.
So, there, stupid cop guy.

The interior
Re: The interior - Security
You'd need to get through him to get a key card to the labs.
Re: The interior - Biology
Re: The interior - Anthropology
But hey! At least the rickshaws and trashcans and -- was that a cannon? -- hadn't just vanished entirely?
Re: The interior - Locked tube door
But since when has that ever totally stopped a Fandomite?
Re: The interior - Locked tube door
She tried shoving against it but even with her strength it didn’t budge.
She decided to go for the other door but she didn’t notice the hole appear as she moved and before she had a chance to react she had fallen in and was gone.
