Wellspring Arms | Tuesday
After Faye did radio, she actually had planned to take her own advice and go back to bed.
And instead, when she tried to leave, she found herself...at work. At the gun store. Where she sold guns, on the Tuesdays that she remembered.
Huh. And then -- yep, did not look like she'd be leaving for a bit, so. Good thing she had magazines stashed here, which she would go ahead and start reading behind the counter now, thank you. And hey, at least people would probably be less weird about being stuck here than at the sex store, right?

Well, that was...interesting.
And when he turned around to try to go out of the shop and back on his less-than-merry way, he found such an action to be quite impossible.
"Oh, dear ♥," he murmured, not even bothering to hide his absolute delight, "it appears as though I am trapped and cannot take a step out of this building ♥. I suppose I may just have to cancel my class again, what an absolute tragedy ♥!"
You could definitely hear the heartbreak in every syllable, and in the sleepy smile on his face as he sent a quick message out to the students in his class and considered he was well-overdue to explore the meditation part of the store's name...

You know, Faye kept up with people.

"Ahhh, Faye-chan~~ ♥!" That sleepy grin broadened and brightened now that the full scope of his situation began to manifest. "And just like that, a potential nightmare becomes a most resplendent dream ♥. One can hardly take umbrage with being trapped when it is to be trapped with such lovely company ♥ ♥ ♥."
And not to be one to ignore a beautiful woman's inquiries (usually), he sighed a bit wistfully, dramatically as he added, "And it's a course on battle games, of all things," his voice showed all the exhaustion that avoiding actually teaching such a thing entailed. "And I suppose the ducklings," all of his students were actually adults, sure, but the man was several thousands years dead, they may as well be kids, "can consider this a lesson in that there are often things far more worth one's time pursuing than a fight ♥."

....only to wind up in the gun shop.
"Oh, come on!"
Although... guns...
Could be worse, but still annoying, and if it weren't for everyone else, she was seriously going to start wondering what the hell was up with her stairs.
no subject
That...honestly didn't seem unlikely.

Her attention was very quickly shifting with interest toward a pistol that seemed like it was just a little bit bigger than one she currently owned, and therefore, she could probably do well to upgrade....

"I brought lunch," he said, handing Rosa the bag.

The thing was that was wrong was clearly that they were on this island.
She took the bag and eyed him a little as if accusing him of actually being something positive about this weird thing the island was doing and promptly looked inside to judge what it was despite knowing it was guaranteed to be awesome.

"Oooh," he said, looking around eagerly. Did Faye have a basket for shopping here, too?
no subject
She didn't know about the half hour thing, given that...you know, she'd spent longer than that at Dite's yesterday, so she'd just left when she was done.

Here's a hint: he appeared in the weapons shop with a very eloquent, "Uhhhh."
no subject
Look, she could only say, 'Hi, you're here by accident,' in so many ways?

At least he'd probably be able to look at her consistently while talking about the selection here? As opposed to, you know, yesterday.

"Aatr's tits! Don't tell me I'm trapped in a place without decent tea!"
Most places on the island lacked decent tea, after all.
no subject
Also she was going to purposely not check to see if they had any tea, now. For all she knew they totally had tea in the back.

When he walked through the door of his workshop, however, rather than finding himself on the streets of Fandom, he instead found himself in the one shop he would have never stepped foot into willingly. Yesterday had been embarrassing ... but this... oh the Island was really trying him with this one.
"Really? The GUN shop?? Really?!?!?!"
Knowing it was useless but still having to try he turned and tried to walk back through the door he had evidently just walked though. Dammit it all... Dwight took a deep breath and turned back around to see who all he was stuck there with this time.

"It's odd. I don't remember this happening before." Of course, people getting trapped in holes for weeks hadn't happened before either. "Hello, Liam."
