Belle had left her room intending to go to the common room. Instead she found herself inside the ice cream shop.

The ice cream shop that was newly refurbished after its whole hole ordeal. There were signs everywhere, including outside on a sandwich board though Belle couldn't get a good view of that when she tried to step outside, proclaiming "WE GOT THE SMELL OUT" as well as "FREE TOPPINGS FOR HOLE PEOPLE (we have a list)" and "TRY OUR NEW FLAVORS!!"

"New flavors?" Belle asked. She wasn't overly familiar with the older ones but she did enjoy trying new foods. The girl behind the counter grinned and pointed to a list at the counter.

There were also piles of business cards on the tables with #NotAllRaccoons printed on them, for some reason.

Anakin was here to pick up supplies for shenanigans, which was proving to be a problem as he now couldn't leave with those supplies.

"Huh."

"If it won't let you out you need to wait," Belle said from the table where she was sampling a flight of tiny ice cream cones. "At least that's how it worked on Monday."

Anakin glanced at his chrono and sighed. "Well, I'll be late to the park then."

Oh no, Anakin. However would the people deal with you not showing up on time to torment them?

"Are you giving out ice cream today?" Belle asked. How nice of you, Anakin!

"Yes!" Anakin said. "Sort of."

Alexis was not thrilled to be transported to the ice cream shop, as evidenced by one stilettoed foot stomping.

"I was supposed to be catching an Uber!"

"Is that some sort of creature?" Belle asked. "What were you going to do with it?"

"It's a ride share. They were going to drive me to a security company where I could get some options for locking up my room," Alexis explained. "Maybe something so high tech it sends clothing thrives straight to jail."

"Oh. Good luck with the thieves. You shouldn't be here too long, and you can have ice cream first at least?"

"I just don't want my rating to go down. You have no idea what goes on in the backs of cars and I need to keep up the average."

Alexis.

"How long does this last?"

Rosa hadn't quite resorted to rapelling out the window yet (that was for tomorrow), but, at this point, she was wholly unsurprised to find her morning routine ending up with her decending down the stairs to her office and winding up somewhere else entirely.

So she sighed, took a looooong, appreciative sip of her coffee, and then drifted over to the counter because if she was going to put up with another day of this, she definitely deserved ice cream for breakfast, dammit.

"The new flavors are quite good," Belle called out, holding up a tiny cone. "If you need recommendations."

Belle was getting a look from Rosa that seemed to inform her that she never needed recommendations, but since she knew by now she was already stuck here with these people, she sighed and admitted, "The dark as a hole one does sound good."

It matched nicely with her cold black heart.

Alara had managed to avoid the latest Fandom weirdness so far and had intended on going to the gym before heading down to the park later.

Instead she ended up in the ice cream shop, attired in her gym clothes and blinked, “oh,” she said, rather self consciously and awkwardly, adjusting her bag as she looked around.

"You'll be able to leave soon," Belle assured her. "Might as well have an ice cream first." Or a few ice creams. They did flights with tiny cones!

“Oh,” Alara said again, a bit less awkward this time, “thanks,” she said, “definitely not what I was expecting this morning,” and that was before she had even got to the park, she glanced over at both the specials and other flavours to see what was on offer.

"I didn't intend to come in here," Belle said. "But it was a pleasant surprise!"

Ben had gone out for coffee and had gotten stuck in the ice cream shop instead. "This is the best day ever," he sighed, sitting down and ordering the new flavors.

Plus whipped cream.

"Ever?" There was ice cream other days, Ben!

"It has been a good morning though."

Ben laughed, "Well, aside from the day I got married and the birth of my children, yes."

Five frowned once he ended up in the ice cream shop, looked around at the crowd of people and immediately tried to teleport out.

Then tried again. And again.

"You have got to be kidding me."

Oh, it had been such a pleasant morning until now.

"You just need to be patient," Belle said. Yes, she knew who she was talking to.

"I don't have time to be patient." Also he totally puked out front. So. You know. Bad memories and all that.

"Being impatient won't make it go faster."

And ew, gross Five.
