Fix & Clean- Tuesday Afternoon
Dwight was actually feeling the best he had for some time. The hole nonsense was over and didn't seem to be returning and the random teleporting was done for the time being as well. He had supplies again and was glad to be getting back something resembling a normal routine.
It had been far too long since he had been able to work in the shop and there was a lot of work to do- mainly getting back to those shelves of Hannibal's. They had already been in the not so great shape when he had started working on them but ending up in a hole had done nothing to improve their condition.
The Fix & Clean shop was open!

So, here he was, with a nice bottle of homemade beer that had made it through the destruction, and some prime rib, horseradish, and arugula sandwiches. Not as fancy as he'd prefer, but hopefully Dwight would appreciate them.
He walked in and looked around, checking out his shelves. "They look better already. Again."

If the spread Hannibal had brought was any indication, he seemed to be doing pretty good since their return to the surface. Dwight watched as he inspected his shelves again and gave a smile.
"Yeah, I think they are coming along nicely. I think most of them should be salvageable and the few that need to be totally rebuilt, I shouldn't have much trouble getting them to match."

"Thank you for fixing the door as well; you didn't have to, but I appreciate it." He lifted his bag. "A thank-you lunch." He started unpacking the sandwiches, and handed Dwight the bottle. "And a drink, for now or later."

"Yeah, no problem about the door. I know fandom doesn't have much of a crime problem, but there's still something unnerving about staying in a place without a good secure door. Oh, and speaking of which...." He reached into his pocket and pulled out a small key ring with a couple of keys on it.

He reached out and took the keys. "Thank you. Do you make copies here? I have a contractor coming in for the structural work, and he'll need one. As will you, if you'd like to assist. I know he can always use an extra pair of hands."

"There's three keys on the ring that work for the new locks. If you need a few more copies I will get them made for you. And if you want all the locks to match, I can easily get more so that won't be a problem...."
"As for helping out..." Dwight considered it for a moment. "I'd be glad to. Business has been surprisingly slow, even after the 'half the town getting swallowed by a hole' fiasco. Guess that's to be expect though when half the town seems to have super powers huh?" he chuckled.

He sighed. "And I've got one flamingo that now considers itself entitled to wander in and out of the house."

"And as far as the food goes, I'm just now getting stocked back up. The fridge upstairs was not in the best shape when I got back back... let's just leave it at that."

He set out a sandwich and waved Dwight toward it. "Please, help yourself."

Dwight sat down at the table and motioned towards the other chair as he grabbed the bottle of beer and looked at it as he glanced up at Hannibal. "But yeah.... again, sorry about inadvertently sending a semi-sentient hole after us. The things you learn living in Fandom huh?"

He turned his attention to the sandwiches. "And thanks for the lunch, these look amazing!"
