Rey's warehouse- Friday morning

Thanks to the carnival, today's schedule had been adjusted slightly, since Rey knew Anakin would be spending that time getting dunked. Some institutions needed to be upheld.

It didn't throw her off much, since she was training around this time normally every other day, so she got out a few remotes on high and throwing on a blindfold to do some drills. Nice and easy today.

"Good morning, Rey," Anakin said, smiling as he came through the door.

"Morning," she said, deflecting a bolt. "Ready for this afternoon?"

"Never," Anakin admitted, laughing.

"Still?" Rey grinned. "Don't you sign yourself up?"

"The moose has signed up for me the last five years," Anakin said. "I don't mind."

"Now I'm going to feel bad doing it."

But it felt like her right?

Anakin laughed. "I only fall in when I want to."

And when Jaina made him.

Pretty sure that's cheating..." said Rey, apparently forgetting he had done way worse.

"Oh, it's definitely cheating," Anakin agreed, "but it's fun."

[thatwaslucky]

"So I should do it," Rey smiled.

[sith_happened]

"It would put us on equal footing," Anakin teased.

[thatwaslucky]

"All right, then you can expect to deal with that later," she said, shutting down the remote.

Anakin grinned. "I'll be ready!"

He wouldn't be.

"Me too," Rey said, shutting off the lightsaber and taking off the blindfold. "How are you today?"

"Good," Anakin said, smiling. "Jaina normally shows up."

[thatwaslucky]

"Is that good?" Rey teased.

[sith_happened]

"It's almost always good," Anakin said with a big grin.

[thatwaslucky]

"Why almost always?" Rey wondered.

[sith_happened]

"Well, Jaina and I weren't always as close as we are now," Anakin said.

[thatwaslucky]

"I've heard about that," Rey said. "But things are good now, right?"

Because she was adopting you people and she wanted everyone to get along.

Anakin grinned. "Things are very good now," he confirmed.

[thatwaslucky]

"So you get a good weekend," she smiled. "I'm sure she'll probably come to check in at some point." Probably throw more supplies at her.

"Oh, I'm sure," Anakin said. "I think she really likes the obstacle course."

[thatwaslucky]

Rey looked towards the course. "I can see that," she said. "It helps that it's a great course."

Anakin beamed. "Thank you. I work hard to keep it challenging."
