The Beach - Wednesday Afternoon
Alara had enjoyed the walk on the beach last week and so she decided to go back down this week after class but this time she decided to go for a run instead and see how that went.
She normally didn’t go for a run as she preferred to workout with the punching bag at the gym but so far she was finding this to be quite enjoyable for an additional workout today.
