Rey's warehouse- Friday afternoon

Rey walked in to find a large tent set up in the warehouse.

Inside was filled with bean bag chairs and pillows, and also a TV? This didn't seem very helpful for training so she was guessing this was more a Fandom thing than anything, which also meant she was outside the tent trying to figure out where the electricity for the TV was coming from.

Juliet was at school working on some kind of class project so Anakin was here by himself this week.

"Did I interrupt date afternoon?" he asked, smiling.

"Never on a Friday afternoon," Rey told him. She could be convinced to stay home on other days, but Fridays were different. "I think Fandom did a thing."

"It looks like a very comfortable thing," Anakin said. "How's the TV working?"

"No idea. Maybe batteries?"

It was not batteries.

"That makes sense."

Not really.

"What's it showing? Rory's already started her Christmas romance movies."

"Already? It's November."

Which meant it was Christmas, Rey.

"That means she barely has enough time to get to her old favorites and start new ones," Anakin said. "There's a spreadsheet on the fridge and everything."

Of course there was.

"Thats dedication," Rey said, impressed. "Usually I seem to just go with whatever's on, unless I need to find something bad on purpose."

"It's color-coded based on mood, degree of sappiness, and hotness of male lead," Anakin said, sounding weirdly proud of his wife.

"Obviously I've been going about this all wrong," Rey laughed.

"She'd be happy to teach you her ways," Anakin said, ducking into the tent and taking a seat.

[thatwaslucky]

"I'm not much for spreadsheets," Rey said, stepping in behind him.

[sith_happened]

"Rory loves them," Anakin said, laughing. "And lists."

[thatwaslucky]

"I don't know that I've ever made a list," Rey said, frowning as she took a seat. "Oh! I did! When I tried to bake cookies for the party last year."

You try remembering those ingredients when first introduced to them.

"I am a terrible baker," Anakin admitted, shaking his head. "No attention to detail."

"Well, it's following instructions."

Look at he mr teasing.

"I am incredible at following directions," Anakin blatantly lied.

[thatwaslucky]

"You add extra ingredients because it doesn't sound like enough, I bet," Rey said.

"And that," Anakin said. "It can't really mean just one egg."

[thatwaslucky]

"It definitely means one egg," Rey said immediately.
