Rey's warehouse- Friday afternoon

There were trails of powdered sugar all over the warehouse when Rey got in. Having seen the puffballs on the way in, Rey knew where it was from, but the interesting thing was that the trail led to where the woodchucks usually hung out, and she was pretty sure they'd made friends. Which was adorable.

Except that she was wondering whether she should be sweeping the floor from powdered sugar or not. Probably not when the puffballs were right here?

Did Rey need yet another thread about more pie? Probably not, so Anakin had left them at home and had brought donuts instead.

They hadn't started covered in powdered sugar, but Fandom.

"Rey?" he called.

Rey didn't answer at first, because she had to scramble away from where she'd been watching a puffball whirl around by the woodchucks.

"Over here," she said, when she was sure she wouldn't startle them.

What, it was cute.

Anakin walked over and grinned. "If we get powdered sugar covered baby woodchucks in a few months, I'm blaming this right here."

"Don't you dare, they're friends," Rey protested.

[sith_happened]

"And sometimes friendship leads somewhere else," was Anakin's helpful contribution.

"...So how are you doing today?" Rey asked, because that was easier than brain bleach.

[sith_happened]

"Very well, thank you," Anakin said. "We're almost to the end of the semester."

[thatwaslucky]

"Is that a good thing?" she asked, finally noticing the donuts.

[sith_happened]

"Well, assuming that the next run to the airport doesn't end in another goat demon, it's always nice to have new people on the island," Anakin said.

"I'd say we're all least a couple years off from another goat demon," she said lightly. What do you have there?"

"Donuts," Anakin said, handing over the box.

[thatwaslucky]

"You didn't have to do that," she said, taking it, being very careful not to bring up how they hadn't gotten through the pie yet.

"All of the sugar around gave me a craving and I definitely don't need to eat a dozen," Anakin said.

"Thank you," she said. "I of course will never turn that down."

[sith_happened]

"They're pretty good," Anakin said. "And definitely aren't the puffballs."

[thatwaslucky]

"Thank you. Is this something for now or should it wait for later?" she asked.

[sith_happened]

"I already had one," Anakin confessed, "so you're welcome to join me."

There was a tiny sprinkling of powdered sugar on his robes. Even Jedi Masters couldn't avoid the power of the powdered sugar.

"Thanks," she said again, heading to sit on one of the crates. "Sugar probably helps with training, right?"

"It can't hurt," Anakin agreed, grinning.

Rey took a seat so she could pull out a donut. "I was trying to think of something different to make the course a little more challenging today. Any thoughts?"

"Have you done it backwards?" Anakin asked.

[thatwaslucky]

Rey had to think about it, which says something right there.

"It's at least been a long time since I've done it with this version," she said.

[sith_happened]

"Let's try that, then," Anakin said.

[thatwaslucky]

"All right. Maybe with the drones?" she mused.

[sith_happened]

"And some snow to make it festive?"
