Furnado Animal Shelter; Monday [01/17].
Sakaki had learned a very important lesson that day at the animal shelter. No, not that she should avoid cats, if the ubiquitous bandages covering her hand and a few spots on her face were any indication. It was something much more specific than that, and that was just that she was probably not very cut out to be an animal photographer some day.
Candid shots were fine, of course. She'd actually gotten some good ones of those, especially some nice long-distance stealth shots of the cats from a safe distance. But her assignment for photography class was supposed to take framing and the Rule of Thirds in mind, so when she attempted to set up shots with the animals that incorperated those things....
...well, you can imagine the disaster that ensued when she attempted to get any of the cats to do anything, and while the puppies were more amenable, they couldn't stay still long enough for her to get them once she attempted to pose or place them, so she mostly just ended up with a lot of blurry puppies or incredible pain.
Maybe she'd just focus on the lizards, who barely moved at all, but the lizards were kept over by the spiders and snakes, so that came with its own terrifying possibilities, too!
Perhaps she could just do some artisticly structured still-shots with an arrangement of cat toys?
