Furnado Animal Shelter; Monday [05/02].
Considering she'd just gotten out of the clinic that morning after having spent the weekend in a cat-induced coma, you'd think Sakaki would feel it would be alright to take the day off. But just because she had been in a coma didn't mean the animals at the shelter didn't still need taking care of, so she was going to be there, anyway, dutifully, and with no hard feelings toward the cats that caused the coma in the first place.
(How could there be hard feelings? There had been nuzzles!)
...Sakaki shook her head, trying not to think about the nuzzles that had caused her coma, because down that path lead to probably another stint in the clinic for pretty much the exact same thing.
Instead, she found herself focusing on how she sort of missed the cafe aspect of that they'd had over the weekend. It was cute and adorable and brought more people in, so she almost wondered if she should propose to Sidon that they do something like that on the regular...
