Fix & Clean-Thursday Afternoon

After a sudden and quite longer than expected hiatus, getting back into a routine of sorts was proving more difficult than Dwight had anticipated. He had made progress, but it still seemed some time coming before he was back to anything resembling his old routine.

But with the morning walk with Snoopy finished, Dwight was in the shop messing around a bit. Everything had been dusted and straightening up, call backs had been made, and inventory checks had been made.

Since there were no urgent orders to work on yet outside some designing work and sketching going on for some things Summer had asked for, Dwight was working on a variation of something he saw online that might prove to be popular given it was Pride month and all.


The Fix and Clean shop is Open! FINALLY!

"Still got coffee, or have you forgotten all about me?" Miguel asked as he strolled in.

[alwaysonguard]

"Always. For the coffee I mean" Dwight said with a smirk and a nod towards the coffee pot. "Even remembered to wash out your mug."

"See, that's why I like you," Miguel said flippantly. He got himself some coffee and perched on a chair. "Working on anything interesting?"

Dwight followed and topped off his own and then pulled up another chair and sat.

"Eh, not too much. Just some odd ball stuff, trying to get back into a routine. Like you said, putting one foot in front of the other. How about you?"

"I've got a few classes, and some projects to keep me busy," Miguel said, neatly dodging what those projects were. "I'm good. The question is, how 'odd ball' and do you need any engineering?"

[alwaysonguard]

"Well, if you wanna help me go all out on some stuff for Summer's cat, you are welcome to come over and engineer the shit out of things to your heart's contentment" Dwight said with a chuckle.

Miguel gave a wicked grin. "I think I'm up for that."

[alwaysonguard]

"Well then you sketch and I'll cut" Dwight said with a grin. "I'm sure we will have no trouble going from there. Together we can make that darn cat one heck of a setup!"
