Rey's warehouse- Friday afternoon

This week was better than last. Still slight dream weirdness, but there hadn't been anything that really threw Rey off. The course was even fine this week.

And due to the fact that she had no idea how she'd never tried this before, she was attempting to see if she could clear the climbing wall with Force jumps. She was pretty sure she could

Anakin came in after trust falls in a generally annoyed mood. "Rey?"

"Yeah," she said, a second after hitting the top of the wall in a way where she could grab a hold and climb onto it.

Anakin sat down on the ground and waited for her to come down.

[thatwaslucky]

Which she did, a moment later, after catching her breath from hitting the wall.

But when she dropped down, the first words out of her mouth were, "Did you see that?"

"The jumps?" Anakin asked.

[thatwaslucky]

"I almost cleared the wall! I've never done that before."

So yes, the jumps.

Anakin's smile widened. "I did see that. Well done."

[thatwaslucky]

"I'm sure I could get over, I just miscalculated," she said, looking to at the wall. "I've only ever tried across, not up that high."

"Try again," Anakin said with a smile.

[thatwaslucky]

Rey nodded, glanced up again, and with a slight bend of her knees launched herself up over the wall.

"Focus," Anakin encouraged, nodding her on.

Rey hadn't so much considered the landing once she'd cleared the wall to get to the other side, so it wasn't the cleanest way to hit the ground. But nothing was hurt and she popped up to come back to the other side, grinning.

Anakin applauded. "Well done. Again."

"New party trick?" Rey asked, but she was kind of loving this.

[sith_happened]

"What kind of parties are you invited to?" Anakin teased.

[thatwaslucky]

"You've met Summer, right? It could come in handy." Actually, yes.

[sith_happened]

Anakin snorted. "Well. You're not wrong."

[thatwaslucky]

"Is there actually a limit to how far you can jump?" Rey wondered. "I'm sure there has to be."

[sith_happened]

"A few stories," Anakin said. "You can fall much further."

[thatwaslucky]

"A few stories," she repeated.

[sith_happened]

"Like three, not ten," Anakin said like that was somehow okay.

[thatwaslucky]

"I can't even picture how far that is." All buildings over one floor might as well be the same to her.

Anakin glanced up at the ceiling. "I could reach that," he said, pointing.

[thatwaslucky]

"Is that three stories?" Rey asked, looking up.

[sith_happened]

"Roughly," Anakin said, nodding.
