Zombie Yoko was definitely going to press her luck with her newfound passion on the stripper pole now that Kitty wasn't behind the bar and a hopefully more forgiving bartender was. Which was smart, really, because Summer definitely had way too much shit going on right now to worry about zombie strippers. In a way, actually, she was mildly fascinated and generally glad for the distraction, not to mention the 'well, what did you expect?' of it all once the limbs started dropping.

But then Tino went over to help patch her back up....and then started offering advice.

That was when Summer decided it was definitely time to shut that down. Zombies on stripper pole? Fine, sure, you live your best afterlife, girl. But Tino? No. Absolutely not. Bridge too damn far. Even Summer had her standards. Sometimes.

Where you can still sing for your jello, and, in fact, it is highly recommended and appreciated. At least by the bartender, and hers is the opinion that counts!

Where Summer will love to serve you, but will also be glad that she can't serve everyone all at once, because the more people distracting Tino with drink orders, too, the better.

Goose was rather dejected when he came up the bar this evening but at least he didn’t look like he was about to cry every few seconds like a certain pyrokinetic, “I think I’m running out of ideas to try …” he said by way greeting, “even Niko couldn’t get a reading on my communicator,” he sighed.

Summer honestly wouldn't even know what to do with a sobbing Goose, so thank goodness for that.

She did, though, give him a soft little smile and already began to line up his shots. "I definitely think we're reaching that point where the only thing we can do is just ride it out," she admitted. "I haven't gotten a single thing on my communicators, and we have those things running twenty-four/seven. But no one can say we haven't tried."

The last shot in place, she looked up and tilted her head thoughtfully at him. "How you doing, though, Goose?" she asked. "Besides all that."

“Well I did manage to get a few more when I went home on the weekend, I don’t know how helpful they’ll be though at this point,” Goose sighed, “other than that … still trying to see if I can get anymore blips but so far nothing?” he paused, “I have been eating and sleeping though,” he added quickly, “also because Niko yelled at me to make sure I did,”

Goose would never admit but Niko did scare him.

Well, you know. Redheads and all.

"Good," Summer said with a faint grin. "That means I don't have to. And, I mean, they won't hurt, it might be good to have just a few extras for other things, I know Barry said he might try something, and I honestly wouldn't mind keeping on around for myself just in case something comes through when I'm not at the warehouse. But yeah. This is definitely the fun part, the 'well, we've tried everything, guess we just sit and spin in the meantime' part."

Liz knew it was probably a bad idea her being here tonight, especially considering how much of a mess her life currently was …even more so than usual but she was trying to not spend as much time at the store and the apartment.

“I think I’m going to go for all the shots tonight,” Liz decided.

This was going to end badly.

And in that moment, Summer found herself facing her second moral quandary of the evening, and almost wished she could have been dealing with one as simple as Tino on a Stripper Pole this time. She looked at Liz, considered her whole....thing right now, considered the fact that she did keep virgin shots of everything, too, and wondered if she had a moral obligation to just give Liz those for her own damn good or not.

You know it was bad when Summer was being a Responsible Bartender about it.

"Are you sure?" she asked. "Six is an awful lot, Liz."

Sure, sure, people like Goose and Lucifer and Miguel could waste through a whole set o problem, but they had things like alcohol tolerance and immunity and also weren't tiny and depressed and making a shit ton of terrible life choices right now and not big drinkers to begin with.

"Maybe just start with one and go from there."

Liz bit her lip and knew this was the last thing she should be doing …she knew what would happen if she drank too much …she was also feeling really miserable right now and wanted to try and make that pain go away.

“Any of those shots likely to make me forget the last few days? Liz sighed, “I might start with one in that case,”

Third moral quandary, and this one dealing with being honest with Liz or going easy on her because she was clearly having a rough time and there'd been enough of that on Monday.

And that wasn't even factoring in how, with a few days to think about it, Summer had....so much more to say about it.

Like, so much more.

"I'm good," she finally said, "but I'm not that good. But this one's probably my favorite."

And she went and got a Cotton Candy one and resolved to keep Liz away from the gummy bears because that shit could be dangerous.

"You?" asked Summer, brows lifted for a moment as she started lining up Lucifer's shots, and then shaking her head. "God, no. You'd hate it. I would absolutely love to see you get involved, because, ohmygod, amazing, but I'm too good of a friend to try and tell you that actually, no, it's great, you'd love it, you should definitely go next week, it'll open up a whole new world for you."

Well. That last part probably wasn't untrue.

But Summer was grinning proudly at the board. Billy wasn't the person she was hoping would notice, but it was still nice that he had.

"Thanks," she said. "I do like a good theme. Thing you want to go for a full set?"

She then quirked a brow at Rey and tentatively asked, as if she didn't want to chase this initiative away with her own eagerness, "Diiiiid you wanna try it?"
