The Magpie Emporium; Friday, 07/29.

Graham wasn't sure if it was just him or what, but he felt like there was something a little different in the air in the shop that day, one that made him feel a little sad and upset, though he didn't know why. It definitely made him feel like he should have brought Triumph in with him today; that guy could always cheer up a room! And Saffron didn't seem that interested in talking about it (Saffron, in general, did not seem very interested in Graham), but Little Bot seemed very encouraging and positive about the whole thing.

(He thought, anyway. He definitely was not fluent in Robot like he was in most varieties of Animal).

But he did know he wasn't going to let the strange mood affect his game night, so, instead of worrying about it too much, he threw himself into a little bit of prep and planning and some hopefully good things to throw at the group as their adventure continued!

The Magpie Emporium is open!

"Ooh that would be interesting to find out, maybe the two are linked?" Guillermo considered, "but it was definitely lucky that Vi's character was there to step in for him," he nodded.

"And that she rolled so well!" Libby remarked with a laugh. "I wonder what would have happened if she'd rolled poorly!"

Guillermo also laughed at that, “I imagine it probably would have been a lot more chaotic,” he said, as he recalled how everything had unfolded last week, "there might have been a full on bar fight?"

"I think so, too," Libby admitted with an excited flash in her eyes. "I've never been in a fake bar fight before! It almost makes me wish she had failed now, but I have a feeling, the opportunity isn't completely gone."

She grinned a little at Guillermo. "I think that's what I like most about this game so far," she said. "I mean, other than spending time with all of you guys. It's like almost anything can happen, it's all left up to fate and God."

Guillermo grinned, “I’ve only done fake fighting as part of the LARPs I’ve done,” he said, completely unaware that one day he was going to be taking part in several fights for real, “but I haven’t done a fake bar fight yet, I think that would be fun to see play out maybe it might still happen this week?” he suggested.

He smiled at that, “I like being able to spend more time with you and everyone as well, it's nice being able to look forward to this each week,” he said.
