The Perk- Tuesday Morning
After the standard morning run, and the reminder that the colder weather was definitely on its way, Dwight decided to stop by The Perk for some liquid fuel. Sure, he had coffee back home. But the temptation was too strong and when he found out from the Barista that they had the mocha peppermint bark drinks back, well, he obviously had to have one right? So, Dwight was rewarding himself with a mocha peppermint monstrosity as he sat by the window and went over the mental to-do list he had for the week.

And since those drinks took a little longer to make, Ignis could use that time to just sort of soak in the atmosphere and listen for a bit. Not just for any strains of voices that might be familiar, but also for the general ambiance that he would never cease to find a certain comfort and appreciation in.

Marc probably shouldn't put it that way given that the island might take a hint from that and provide actual ghosts.

"Yeah, it seems to go from one extreme to the other. Totally dead like when most of the island was off on that trip to Paris and then utter insanity like the Christmas season seems to be. Guess it kinda balances out in the long run though so can't complain too much. And it's a better type of insanity than what I had back home so, I count it a win."

Sorry, Watts.
