Atlas Gym; Tuesday [03/14].
Things seemed to be running pretty smoothly at the gym that day, which sort of just had Gladio wondering what was going to break down in some spectacular way later, but, for the time being, he was just going to enjoy that fact that nothing seemed to demand a lot of attention, most of his paperwork or whatever other boss-type stuff needed doing was done, and use a little bit of his extra time to get in some extra work in the weight room.
And maybe already looking forward to whatever leftovers Specs might be bringing back from the diner after his first day today. Because, yeah, that was definitely always a problem at their place, a lack of good food, right?
Atlas is open!

"Hey, Gladio... right?" Connor said as he walked in, trying not to totally look as out of place as he felt.

"Uh, yeah," said Gladio with maybe a touch of pride and the faint grin of someone who always did appreciate the fact that he was pretty easily picked out of a crowd. "That's me."
He squinted a little at Connor, lifting a finger that seemed to be pointing out that his name was at the tip of his tongue, but he wasn't quite there yet, though he definitely recognized this guy from out and about. "Might have to help me out a little, though, with yours."

"Ah, I'm Connor" he said with a small nod.

"Connor," Gladio repeated, with a nod back in a grin. "That's right. Good to see ya. Looking to get started on a good workout routine?"

He was never one to be called buff but he was far from scrawny so he at least had something to work with.
"Figured now was as good a time as any to try and get into a better routine with things."
And that had absolutely nothing to do with the amount of time he had spent shirtless just this past weekend in certain company. None whatsoever!

"No time like the present," he agreed. "Well, if you need any help or suggestions, let me know. Locker rooms are that way; pool's over there, too, if that's what you're into. And just remember to stay hydrated."

He debated where to start and decided the punching bags would do. Was there a metaphor for his life in there somewhere or was he just picking the first thing he saw? Who could say?

But be it mere convenience or something much deeper than that, at some point, Gladio would be making the rounds and catching him at hopefully a good break moment so he could offer over a nod, a greeting, and a silver moon-shaped sticker extended out on his finger tip.
"Marc."

Look at Marc, the very model of a carefree man of joy.

Or maybe Steven would take a nap before dinner. One of those.
"How's it going?"

There was a lovely actual surf shop right next door.
"How's it going, though? Good week so far?"
It being all of Tuesday, and everything.

"So far, so good," Steve said, smiling. "I mean, had to fill out paperwork on a drunk and disorderly rodent yesterday--" or put it on Danny's desk. One of those, "--but that's not unusual around here."
