When Prompto came in for his shift that day, he was greeted almost immediately with a somber and serious Apu handing him a pamphlet on tuburculousis awareness and prevention. He...didn't really think that was much of an issue around here, but he thanked Apu for the information anyway before getting set up behind the counter and maybe idly flipping through the pamphlet without really much interest (and kind of regretting reading about the symptoms and what exactly the disease did). Mostly, he was just kind of feeling glad that, as far as Apu's daily observances went, this one was pretty low-key, so he could focus on maybe stealing a nap or two or (more likely) just sort of looking forward to tomorrow and wondering if this was what married with children life was really like, having one of the more exciting parts of your week being getting to spend a couple of hours with your wife sans baby for the first time in a month and a half at a both in a flea market...

And honestly? He kind of loved that for him.

And also that reminded him of the fifty million instructions and notes he needed to text to Gladio about babysitting.

(And, yes, it did include at least one instance of him explicitly telling him NOT to actually sit on the baby. Which was a joke, obviously, but also maybe a genuine, if unnecessary, concern).

Once she had gotten Noctra to settle for the morning, Liz sent over a few photos of a sleeping Noctra.

hi how is everything going? Noctra is sleeping, we had a really good morning today. I think I’ve worked out the list of stock that we can try and sell tomorrow but I don’t know if we should check a couple more boxes in case there’s more stock we can sell?

Okay, and that was a much better text to get than the ones from Gladio thinking of creative ways to use those scooters from his class today at some point with Noctra tomorrow.

He just had to remind himself that Ignis would be there, too, because otherwise? He would be having Second Thoughts.

she’s not always like this, some mornings can take a while. This was one of her good mornings though 🥰🥰🥰.

And that should be okay on the boxes, i mean our list of stock is pretty long already. I just wasn’t sure if we needed more, I didn’t realise just how many boxes of stock we had!!! 🥰🥰🥰❤️😍

I guess it just really builds up, if youre not careful, Prompto texted back, getting little snippets of lectures from Ignis about minimalism as he did. i mean, u should see the back stock room here, its insane what all theyve got in there! and its bigger than you'd think, too, i'm always worried that if i get sent back there to find something, i'll need a map and a compass or i wont ever find my way out

Well I guess I should be glad the PH stock isn’t that bad?🥰🥰🥰. It’s probably not a bad idea that this flea market is happening this weekend, have a chance for a good clean out 😀😀
