Furnado Animal Shelter; Friday [03/24].
In general, Sidon didn't really eat a lot of food that wasn't either fish or pizza, so even though he respected the vet's desire to celebrate National Chocolate Covered Raisin Day, he was going to kindly pass on her offer to share some of the ones she brought with them.
And he would insist that it had absolutely nothing to do with the fact that the rabbits had gotten out of their pens last night and he'd been spending the morning cleaning up after them all around the store, and accepting chocolate covered raisins in the shelter right now seemed like a risk even he wasn't willing to take.
Furnado is open!
and very sorry to everyone

and maybe a two week adoption present for the kittywas in order. She swept into the pet shop grandly, looking about for the giant shark-man.no subject
"Ah, Liliana!" he declared upon spotting her coming into the shelter. "Hello! How are you? Everything going well with the cat, I hope?"

So pretty. So sweet. So very dumb.
"I have come to see if you have had a chance to find any of those skeletons you had mentioned!" She seemed very excited about the possibility.

Then his grin flashed toothy and bright at the mention of the skeletons. "And indeed, I have! Here, let me fetch it for you; I've been meaning to come bring it to you, but I've found myself terribly caught up with this and that, so it's quite fortuitous that you've arrived! I can't help but feel a bit concerned that keeping a sack of lizafos bones in the back room may reflect poorly on my abilities as a shelter runner!"
He went to go move toward said back room, but he paused a moment.
"Also," he warned her, "there may be one or two pieces a bit....missing. Some of the dogs have been very stealthy and covert about perhaps claiming some of the stalizalfos for themselves...."

Or a lot of lying, but whatever.
"But yes, I'm thrilled to take them off your hands. How many skeletons did you manage to bring?" Her question was in the tones of a giddy child at Christmas.

With that, he ducked (and ducked) into the back room to do exactly that, emerging with a large, rattling sack that he now handed over to Liliana.
"Apologies for it being in pieces," he added. "I don't quite have the skill, glue, or magic to keep them otherwise."

She opened the sack to take a peek and grinned. "Oh, this is lovely," she said, taking out a bone and marveling at it. "Excellent structure, doesn't seem to be much damage at all. After I see about getting this fellow situated, I would love to talk to you about further procurement."
Look at her continuing to not raid the graveyard. Fucking saint right here. "Do I remember correctly that they were bones even before you fought them? Animated by magic?"
