Atlas Gym; Tuesday [04/25].
There'd been a guy camped out on one of the weight machines for a good half an hour, just hunched over his phone, but Gladio decided to ask one of the staff if they knew what that was all about before going over to confront him about it. Apparently, he was planning on using the equipment, he was just trying to find a good song to really start his set with.
Which Gladio didn't really get, just pop on "Eye of the Tiger" and you were good to go, right? But since he doubted there'd be a whole gaggle of people clamoring to use that one particular machine today or anything, he'd just let him take his time. After all, if anything, at least that skipping thumb was getting a good workout, right?
Atlas is open!

It was kind of weird that Gladio was feeling weirdly invested in whether or not A Good Song would ever be achieved, though, which just meant he was particularly glad when other people started filtering in, because clearly, he was that bored.
"Marc." He lifted his chin in greeting. "How's it going?"

With Gladio, the gym, whatever.

A...pause.
"Less awkward, though," he allowed, "than if it turned out they were actually into it."
Gladio...might cut back on his bag work, a little, after this conversation, actually...

She also had, of course, another new outfit, but that shouldn't exactly be shocking to anyone who'd been taking notes.
Nor should her sing-song little "Hiiiiiii, Gladio~!" of a greeting as she breezed in and made her way over to get set up and warmed up.

She did know if she was going to be coming in with a shirt like that and didn't hit the heavy stuff, he was only going to be disappointed, right?

"Oh, you know it," Summer assured him, brightly, setting her bag aside and already starting to cross her arms over her chest to start stretching them out. "I'm really starting to feel it, you know? I think, a couple more weeks, and I'll be at a point where I can really get a good hook on my grampa for being such a dick about this portal gun thing."

"Not sure it's really something that requires you going around punching old guys," Gladio admitted, "but maybe I'll just have to trust your judgement on that one, and, besides, I've known plenty of old dudes who could still kick a lot of ass, so..."

"You believe everything you hear on radio, then, huh?"

He was going to have to reach into his back pocket and pull out the sheet of stickers, to peel off a silver star and hold it out for Steve on a finger. "But here you go," he said. "Good job. Keep up the good work."

"Here you go," she said to Gladio, having it to him with a smile.

"This," he said, laughing a little, even, as he gave it a closer inspection, "looks perfect. I knew I could count on you with this one."

He tucked the pot into the crook of his arm and gave her a nod.
"Thanks, Nell. I appreciate it."

"I'm sure you'll be fine," Nell said. "And you're not far should you need some help." But really, this plant was pretty anyone proof.
"And you're welcome. I hope it brightens up your place."
