Rey's warehouse- Friday afternoon

There was an abundance of pool noodles in the warehouse today.

Rey hadn't brought them. The woodchucks didn't seem to know where they came from. Rey was kind of hoping Anakin had snuck them in here for some reason because she didn't want to think too hard about why Fandom would do this.

"Oh, look, fake lightsabers," Anakin said, laughing.

"When we have the real fake lightsabers, too," Rey said. "I don't know how I feel about this."

"It feels like too many lightsabers?" Anakin said.

[thatwaslucky]

"They're floppy," she said, trying not to make a face and utterly failing.

[sith_happened]

"They are," Anakin agreed. "And they don't hurt at all when you get him with one."

[thatwaslucky]

"Which is why we have training sabers." Not that they'd been used in a long time.

[sith_happened]

"Maybe the woodchucks just want to have a chance too?" Anakin asked.

[thatwaslucky]

"They gestured in a way that I took to mean they weren't behind this," she said.

She could kinda understand the gremlin by now. Woodchucks? Don't be silly.

"They have become slightly more trustworthy," Anakin agreed.

[thatwaslucky]

"So far," Rey added, still needing some convincing.

[sith_happened]

"I'm not going to teach them to use lightsabers," he said. "I'm not an idiot."

[thatwaslucky]

"I didn't think you were," she said immediately. "I just don't want them thinking that either."

[sith_happened]

"Definitely not," Anakin agreed. "They could teach the squirrels or the raccoons and then mayhem."

[thatwaslucky]

"No one needs that. The squirrels are under the influence."

Don't drink and lightsaber.

No one needs a sexy amputation!

"That's a very good point."

[thatwaslucky]

"Should we do something with all of these?" Rey wondered.

[sith_happened]

"Do you want to add them to the obstacle course?" Anakin asked.

[thatwaslucky]

"Do you have ideas for that?" she asked.

[sith_happened]

"Not yet," Anakin said, testing them out by standing on one.

[thatwaslucky]

Rey watched that, looking like she was wondering what exactly he thought was going ngl happen there.

Well, it squished under his boots, which should not have been all that surprising. Anakin frowned in concentration. "Maybe we can have them falling on us?"

"That would definitely be an annoying obstacle," she said.

[sith_happened]

"I'm concerned that it would teach the woodchucks to throw these, too," Anakin said, "though they are lighter than wood."

[thatwaslucky]

"I would be slightly more okay with one of these flying at my head," Rey said. "It's still rude."

[sith_happened]

"It is," Anakin agreed readily. "But...woodchucks."
