Fandom Island Museum, Thursday Daytime

In all his time working at the museum - just over a year, for those keeping track - Steven had never thought to take pictures of it. So that was the first order of business when he arrived in the morning. He took pictures of the displays, Blathers's office, and even the Welcome Desk.

Luckily it wasn't a very large museum, so Steven was able to get this done fairly quickly. After which he sat in his usual spot at the Welcome Desk and got to work. He'd taken the photos for his own reasons, but he tried to see if any might be good enough to be useful for brochures and the like.

At some point before noon, an NPC delivery person came in and dropped something off at the Welcome Desk.

There was a card, of course, in familiar handwriting: Just a little sunlight for you. - L

Steven was immediately touched by this. It took him a moment to process before he recovered enough to get his mobile out and take a picture of the bouquet. Then he sent Llewellyn a text.

Nearly a year of text messaging and he still struggled there.

Steven sent along a picture of the flowers on his desk, so Llewellyn could see how they were keeping him company.

Since chances were he’d be staying over at least one night through the weekend.

It took Steven a moment to figure out that one. Luckily he was a fair hand at puzzles.
