Caritas, Saturday

Jane had her days mixed up and she only learned this once Tino informed her that no, she could not duck out early to go to the party in town because it had happened yesterday.

"No, it's today," Jane insisted.

Tino just shook his head and looked smug. No, he hadn't gone either, but he had this over her and he was going to hold onto it.

So, it was a mopey day at the bar.

"Jane!" Raiden exclaimed enthusiastically as he came through the door. "Long time no see!" He really needed to start spending more time in bars RIP to Castor's budget.

"Oh, y'know, keeping busy. I catered the party last night! My first catering gig, can you believe it?"

Raiden wasn't completely oblivious, except for when he was, and he asked, "Everything okay?" No wounds he'd just rubbed salt in or anything, right?
