Wen Shunsui breezed into the store for his weekly duties that Wednesday morning afternoon, he was both slightly surprised and a little suspicious that there did not seem to be some kind of ostentatious display celebrating some random slice of popular culture or some incredibly niche interest. He did notice that Apu had changed up his look a little bit, dressed up like a lumberjack, complete with a plastic axe from the toy section.

Whether or not this was directly related to the fact that the cheese panda seemed to have dyed his fur blue, Shunsui had absolutely no idea....and he had absolutely no intention of asking.

He did, at one point, decide to take a lazy stab and ask if it had something to do with bleu cheese, but that only earned him a withering look and a shaking of their heads, so he decided to not even bother trying to guess with this one. As long as it didn't interrupt his between-customers naps, they could celebrate whatever odd lumberjack/blue holiday that apparently existed out there in the world to their hearts' content.
