At this point, Prompto wasn't quite sure if it was truly just a way to celebrate or if it was just a way to keep on hazing and torturing him every Friday, but he did know one thing for sure. He was really getting sick of this song.

"Apu," he pleaded, "man, you're killing me here. Can we please listen to something else?"

Well, Prompto, you were about to get your wish, because, by even asking such a question, you would now get to listen to a lecture on being disrespectful to American history, and, by that point, Prompto really was so over it that he very pointedly walked over to the aisle with the headphones, picked out a pair, plugged them into his phone, and spent the rest of the day trying to blare out the Bob Marley and the Overly Judgmental Coworker with some nice K-Pop.

So there.

At lunchtime Liz sent over her usual check in text complete with photos of Noctra and there were a few extra photos of Leo from the email that Hellboy had sent yesterday as well.

Prompto got that out first and foremost, although he was still chuckling a little at the pleasant surprise of extra Leo photos and being glad that he didn't need to take out his earbuds to respond to Liz thanks to the magic of texting.

everything’s going good over here, Noctra just woke up from a nap so we’re having some lunch. Liz wrote back, what’s Apu doing now? he’s not trying to get you to live with him again? that had definitely been weird last week.
