[what_the_shock]

Miguel was making coffee and trying to ignore the discussion going on behind him.

"Look, see? It's national oyster day!" the dishwasher insisted.

The cook sighed. "I don't care. It's also national mustard day, and it's a lot easier to get mustard than fresh oysters at the last minute."

"But we probably have some frozen. What if we -"

"We are not putting mustard on oysters!"

"Actually," Miguel cut in, unable to resist, "I know a recipe."

"Ok color me curious," Dwight said with a nod to the specials board as he took a seat, still getting a but used to the new look and layout of the place. "Don't think I have ever had mustard on oysters before."

Miguel shrugged. "It's not bad. You trying those, then?"

"Heck yeah, I'll give them a try. Along with a sweet tea if ya got it."

"We have it. Why anyone wants to drink it is another story." Miguel put in Dwight's order and went to get his tea. "How have you been?"

"I will ignore that scandalous comment," Dwight said with a smirk. "Been ok otherwise. Keeping busy with the shop and all. Got some decent clients lined up right now so I'm staying productively busy."

"Sounds good." Miguel slid Dwight's tea over to him. "You looking to teach in the Fall?"

"Naw think I'm gonna hold off another session. Still trying to think of a good niche to focus on. The woodworking class was fun but seems to overlap a good bit with the classes Amaya teaches at times. and there's been several wilderness/survival type classes too." Dwight nodded thanks and took the tea. "Was thinking of an archery class or something, but I think that is more of a short summer course really. What about you? Gonna out on the instructor hat for the fall term?"

Miguel shrugged. "Haven't decided yet. What can you teach in archery apart from 'pointy end away, pull the string, and aim'?"

Yeah, Miguel had no idea.

"You'd be surprised" Dwight laughed. "Get into the types of bows and crossbows and all and you could get a good half dozen or so classes out of it easily."
