Turtle & Canary; Monday [11/06].
Hey! Were you a fan of "Careless Whispers"? What about some nice Kenny G? That saxophone guy from that one vampire movie? Boy, then, were you in luck, because it was National Saxophone Day here at Turtle & Canary, and that was the only thing you were going to be hearing played over the speakers throughout all of it.
That, and the occasional nails-on-chalkboard rendition of the cheese panda trying to teach himself how to play.
But, on the bright side, all saxophones were 25% off today, and that included the adorable toy ones that blew bubbles.
Betcha didn't know Turtle & Canary even had saxophones! Summer wasn't even sure she knew, but that was the wonder of running a place that literally had everything except duct tape, when the plot called for it.
