Atlas Gym; Tuesday [11/07].
What had started as a usual conversation on what sort of Cup NoodlesTM to stock the crane machine with this month lead to what felt like a really startling but intriguing revelation: you really didn't see a whole lot of instant noodle flavors featuring turkey flavors. This lead to a lot of speculation on the part of people who knew this world better than Gladio did over regional differences, based around the fact that instant noodles seemed to have really flourished in a more Asian market while the turkey was a decidedly American sort of bird, a topic that had been fascinating enough to them prompt Gladio to order two new books that he was absolutely itching to get now, and writing himself a Post-It note so he didn't forget to ask Ignis about developing for him some kind of stuffing-inspired Cup NoodleTM, because, go on, tell him that didn't sound delicious.
So you know. Pretty typical day at Atlas.
Which is open!

So she thought about going pink again, but then she remembered she had this dynamic set in her closet still unworn, and that sort of sealed the deal for her.
And now that cuteness was taken care of, she could get to the actually working out part!

Maybe he was trying to get his distractions out of the way early!

"Thanks, Stark," she said, shifting maybe a little into another position of preening to show it off a little more. "I've actually had this one for a while now, but it hadn't really made it into the rotation yet."
no subject
"You look good. You always do. I just... wanted to let you know."
He was, of course, dressed in the same slightly ratty t-shirt and pants he always wore here.

"Thanks," Summer said, again, basking in the praise just that little bit more, "I appreciate it."
But even she didn't exactly relish in the idea of a conversation that threatened to keep circling around to the most obvious statement in the world, so she smiled at Stark and tilted her head a little. "What are you planning on working on today?" she asked. "Want to work together?"
no subject
"I hadn't thought much about my plan yet," he admitted. "I often ask Gladio for suggestions. Not always. But working together sounds good. Maybe weights?"
Gotta get those gains!
no subject
"Weights is good," Summer agreed with a nod. "You spot me first or I spot you?"
no subject
Was Gladio looking at them and rolling his eyes a little bit right now?

"He's a good training partner," Stark said after a moment's consideration. "I'd always rather spend time with you, Summer."

With that, she started heading toward the weights.
no subject
"Good idea," he said, following closely behind her. "We ought to get started."

Summer reached the weight bench, considered what it was loaded with, and went to add a little more to the bar. Which only made her snort a little.
"I can't believe," she laughed, "this place the other week. Did I tell you I got Lunk Alarmed?"

Blowing people away with the romance, Steven.

And now he couldn't help wondering what Nell would think of something like that. He clearly knew that she liked his tattoo on him, but what would she think of one for herself? He definitely made a note to himself to ask her later.

"That's great, man," he said. "I'm really happy for you, and I better get an invite to that wedding."
There was a beat long enough for a snort before he added, "So how's all that translate into any kind of otter insurance, too?"
Then another pause, this one a little uncertain, "Is it an otter, that you turned into? It's hard to keep it all straight, actually."
His was easy because it was just his name!

"So," he quirked up his chin, "what's your phone screen?"

"Hey," he said. "Long time, no see."

She shrugged. "I can give it a shot."
