The Perk, Saturday Morning
Normally, Atton wouldn't be back on-island this early for class. The weekend was part of New York-time: studying, working on music, hanging out, maybe mulling over the last therapist's appointment.
But, well, after spending several days trying to get Jill's kitchen functioning again, he needed a break. And he had completely forgotten about all the winter shenanigans around here.
And so it was that he stepped into the Perk, ready to go get his totally-not-sugary drink, and--
"So this is Christmas
And what have you done?
Another year over
And a new one just begun..."
He had certainly never expected to get the full staff of the Perk as a backup choir, that was for sure.
