When Summer came into the shop that morning, ready to focus on, you know, actually running the place now that all the holiday stuff was out of the way, and the first thing she saw was Apu sitting in a bathtub near the Squishy machine, surrounded by bubbles, formed into both a beard and a hat, with all sorts of bubble bath bottles gathered around the tub, which was draped with a glittering 'Happy Bubble Bath Day!' banner, all she could say was:

"God, I hope you're wearing swim trunks underneath all that."

And the moment his hands touched the side of the tub to leverage himself up, she immediately shouted out, "Don't...show me, I'll take your word for it, god, I should put a warning sign on the door, though."

So once she took care of that ('National Bubble Bath Day: Proceed with Caution''), and once she took care of her inventory and orders, Summer's next goal was to sit down and try to compose a list of Banned Holidays. She could already hear Apu calling her a fascist, but you know what? She was okay with letting fascism win this one.
