"Well, I thinking blocking him might've been a little harsh," Eric said to Tiny, "but asking you to join in National Shower With a Friend Day is probably something that should've been asked in person."

He held up a hand. "Not that I ever want details of your personal life. Ever."

The Devil's Nest was open and Eric had cracked open the vodka to erase the mental image of Tiny showering with anyone.

Yukari still plenty of terrible American beers to work through and nothing better to do in this town on a Monday night anyway, so back to the bar it was! But, hey, she hadn't been here last week, so clearly there was nothing to worry about here!

She did miss Nyamo, though, these bar nights would be way more interesting and fun with her around, and so there was a little bit of despondency in the drinking tonight, as she squinted at Eric and Tiny on occasion as if doing so would make them better substitutes for long-distance....gal pals.

There would be drunk voicemails being left later on that evening. Nyamo couldn't even be mad about it, either, it would be the middle of the morning in Japan when she was calling, and if she was interrupting her classes with it, well, then, maybe you shouldn't have your phone not on silent while you were working, Nyamo!
