Wednesday Morning - Streets around the Island

So yesterday Kamala's training schedule was focused on strength building. Today was cardio day.

Which meant running. Lots of running.

"Why are there so many stairs?" she groaned. "So. Many. Stairs."

Technically it was more of a slow jog/fast walk at this point.

"On your left!" came a far too cheerful a voice coming up far too quickly behind Kamala.

"I'm on your right!" Kamala said just moving to the side. Still moving though! Jogging! Technically.

"Just stay there!" Steve said, passing her at just under a sprint and waving. "Thank you!"

As she watched Steve rocket ahead of her there was a small gasp.

"I just got lapped by Captain America!"

Give it about fifteen minutes and it'll happen again! Steve was ridiculous like that.

Even the second time did not diminish Kamala's thrill of being lapped!
