Atlas Gym; Tuesday [06/25].
Just as he suspected, the dumbbell drinks he'd found at the shop yesterday were also a big hit with staff at the gym, so Gladio was planning on bugging Summer a little when she came in later about contacting that distributor to see if they could get something set up for the gym, too. There was a good chance that it might fall through, considering how many things randomly showed up from all sorts of places without a paper trail (ahem, ahem), but it was definitely going to be worth a try.
He was also sort of wondering how long it would be before his staff tried pranking each other by trying to find other things to put in the bottles to throw off the expected weight, and the answer was: literally by that afternoon.
Good job, guys. Way to never disappoint.
Atlas is open!

And of course they were green!
Because Ireland!
Shut up, she looked cute, and she was ready to get her workout on, although she was mostly focusing on upper body stuff, because damn, all that dancing and horseback riding (and other stuff, ayyyyyyy) had left her still a little sore even on Tuesday.

"Picked up some new techniques on your last visit?" he guessed.

She demonstrated one of the sequences again. "I particularly like this one, but I always seem to be dropping my shoulder as I go into that last part."

It was a good strong shoulder! Especially when it had a shield along with it, too...
"Mind teaching me a few?"

"Of course!" she said, grinning up at him. "This one is very fun."
Nell demonstrated - going through it once at full speed, then again more slowly. "See?"

"Morning, Gladio!"
