Tino was telling Summer all about his weekend, which sounded enough like any other weekend that Tino would tell her about that she started to become increasingly uncertain as to whether or not, from what he was telling her, he had actually been affected by the weekend at all. She tried to ask some revealing questions to help her pin it down a little more, but to no avail. Each answer seemed as frustratingly vague and uncertain as the last.

So finally, she just straight up and asked how old he was now and how old he was during the weekend, to which he just gasped and got all offended that she would even ask him something like that, and then he gave her the cold shoulder for the rest of the shift.

Which, really, was Summer preferred state of being behind the bar, so it all kind of worked out, really.

"Inspired by some of those redecoration efforts?" Summer guessed, head tilted slightly and wondering how many of those places really needed redecorating or if it was definitely just a case of Harley inviting herself to do so regardless of those place's current status of ownership or even occupation. "But that's cool. Did you have a particular style in mind?"

What was this 'ownership' you spoke of?

"Something cool!" Harley said, like that really meant something instead of being the vaguest possible term. "There's kind of a funky retro vibe right now I might lean into."

And she paused.

"Ooh, or I might just cover the whole thing in diamonds!"

"Just better hope you don't have any east or west facing windows," Summer noted, "or at least have some really strong shades because that seems like it could be a thing if you get any kind of natural light in that room."

A pause, and a squint.

"Wait, did you mean diamond diamonds, or just, like diamond-shapes?"
